Let's go to the Mid-America Truck Show

Only a week away and the Mid-America Truck Show will be hosted at the Kentucky Expo Center on March 24-26th. This will be my 8th year that I have attended and I gotta tell you, IT’S A BLAST! It is massive, so much information is floating around with beautiful trucks to admire. What else can you ask for, right?!

There are over 1 thousand exhibitors and over 40 special events planned. I highly suggest downloading the handy app for your phone that will help you plan your 3 days. I like to meet and reconnect to as many people as possible; I have been in the industry for over 10 years, this is the perfect place to make stronger bonds with past colleagues. The show starts Thursday and is followed by an after party the proceeds are donated to St. Christopher Trucker Relief Fund. They help sick or injured drivers with support while they are recuperating. Plus, you can’t beat $1 local craft beers and free food!

Once I get my koozie from the C.H. Robinson booth #18216 they will provide you a free beer in the beer garden. After that I will head over to one of my favorite parts of the show! The Truck Championship in Lot J behind the West Wing. This a great place to check out the shiny (or beautifully rusty) trucks! Don't forget to take a selfie in the driver seat and tag @ooaaconsulting

Who loves Clay Walker? I can't wait to put on my boots and hit up the DAT booth to grab free Clay Walker tickets for Friday at 7pm in the Freedom Hall.

Last but not least, there will be a Tractor Pull on Saturday @ 5pm that costs $25 dollars to get in. I have never personally been to a tractor pull and I am super excited about it!

I hope to see you all there!
